Job Description: Looking for a candidate that will be a part of the Data Governance team that develops, implements and reviews sound business practices dealing with data compliance. This includes creating policies, acting as a liaison between business units, and having a sound approach to risk management.
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or 3 years of relevant experience
-Project Management background preferred
-Excellent oral/written communication skills, comfortable with public speaking, strong use of MS Office Suite products
-Can work independently with an understanding of project lifecycles, agile and scrum methodologies, data management/analysis
Job Description- A Human Resources Specialist will be able to manage all human resource procedures. This includes recruiting, supporting and developing personnel according to company guidelines. Human resources is also responsible for onboarding, offboarding, informing and documenting compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records and being aware of state and federal labor laws and regulations
-Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience
-Strong written/oral communication, able to use MS Office Suite
-Excellent organization skills, able to prioritize tasks, team player
-Familiar with state and federal labor laws
-Remote possible, but will have to accommodate Hawaii Pacific time zone hours
